Mafube's four towns share an economic landscape, but the needs of a trading business, a grower, a lender and a project developer are rarely addressed in one conversation. The summit brings those decisions together in Frankfort on 9 October 2026.

A promising idea needs more than attention. It needs a clear owner, reliable information, relevant permissions, financing that fits and a practical route to delivery. This programme is designed to make those requirements visible before commitments are made.

The summit has been conceived as a place for local enterprises, investors, funders, technical advisers and public institutions to examine opportunities across the Mafube area. Its purpose is to strengthen existing businesses, identify credible expansion plans, develop viable projects and connect prepared proposals with the right partners.

The name reflects the intended link between investment and work. A stronger local economy depends on functioning businesses, accessible markets, capable people and projects that can move through the steps from concept to implementation.

Agriculture, agro-processing, tourism, manufacturing, construction and mining-related aggregates are areas for discussion. Mentioning a sector does not imply that a specific project has been approved, financed or scheduled.
